    In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, applicants are informed of the following:
    a) That the data declared in this application and in the rest of the documents existing in the file will be incorporated into computer files located at all times under the responsibility of the Castelló Provincial Council.
    b) That these data will be used for the management, control and evaluation of the requested matter.
    c) That the information may be transferred, within the framework of the aforementioned use, to other entities or to private companies to which the Public Administrations entrust work related to the management, control and evaluation of the requested matter.
    d) All the data requested for the management, control and evaluation of the requested matter are mandatory.
    e) At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation by writing, enclosing a photocopy of your ID, to the Castellón Provincial Council, located at Calle Plaza de las Aulas number 7. The cancellation of some or all of the data may imply the renunciation of the request in question.
    I authorize the Castellón Provincial Council and the entities subcontracted for this purpose to send to the email address that appears in this request all communications that are made to me in relation to this file, as well as to send me notifications to the mobile phone indicated in this request.
