The Diputación de Castellón, through its brand Castelló Ruta de Sabor, promotes the province’s artisan bakery and pastry. This has been confirmed by the provincial deputy of Rural Development, Pablo Roig, after meeting with the mestre major of the Gremi de Forners, José Miró. And is that the Provincial Government has collaborated through Castelló Ruta de Sabor with the printing of the yearbook of the Gremi de Forners de Castelló, proclaimed as the best artisan guild of Spain in 2018. In addition, the Provincial Government has also supported the third edition of the Fadrinet Poster Contest, a sweet that can be found in pastry shops during these Magdalena festivities.
