The Diputación de Castellón promotes from today until next Tuesday the quality of Castellón products at the Gastrónoma Fair as part of its work to increase the consumption of local products through Castelló Ruta de Sabor. Hand in hand with 25 producers of the province and through the guide brand Castelló Ruta de Sabor, the Provincial Government participates in this first class fair held in Valencia with a provincial stand that will discover the virtues of the products of Castellón to more than 15,000 professionals and gastronomic prescribers.
The deputy of Rural Development, Pablo Roig, has assured that “the main objective of participating in this first class event is to make things easier for our entrepreneurs and help them grow, as a business and promotional opportunity”.
As Roihg explained, “it is part of our work to position our brand in the national sector and make known the excellence, quality and variety of our gastronomic heritage, of which we are so proud, among the specialized public. We take the products of Castellón to first level showcases that otherwise would be impossible to reach”.
It should be noted that this work is further enhanced by the fact that Castelló Ruta de Sabor is an official sponsor of the fair.
An innovative stand for Castelló Ruta de Sabor
The Diputación de Castellón will install for Castelló Ruta de Sabor the largest stand of the fair of 168 square meters in which products as varied as oils, wines, coffees, eggs, liquors, mineral water, artisan sauces, beers, jams, artichokes, penjar tomatoes and processed and truffled products will be displayed.
