The most traditional days of the city return from 4 to 24 November with innovative and creative menus to surprise diners In this edition a total of 9 establishments participating with original and creative menus, combining the most traditional rice dishes with the most innovative and daring cuisine, always with local products to satisfy the most demanding palates. The participating establishments are Bergantín, La Isla, Nou Gastrobar, Nou Parada, La Bocana de Cha Sisco, Casa Lina, Brasserie El Poal, La Cullera and Rafel Lo Cristalero. Rice with cava with creamy scallops and white grenache reduction, raisin rice, wakame seaweed and prawns from Vinaròs or pan with magret, mushrooms and foie are some of the proposals that the chefs have prepared. Each establishment will offer complete menus, ranging between 35 and 45 €, with starters, main course to choose and dessert, wine cellar apart. Also, one of the restaurants will include the possibility of the executive menu during the week to enjoy good cuisine in a reduced format.
