The municipality of Onda, organizes the Jornadas del Arroz y Fideuá de Onda, where several restaurants in the town prepare menus focused on these two traditional dishes. Each menu consists of a variety of starters, a main course of rice or fideuá, and a dessert, with a drink on the side. Among the main course options, there are several varieties of broth and mellow rice dishes, both meat and fish, as well as different types of fideuá.
