🍁From November 1st until the end of the year you can enjoy in the restaurants of Montanejos and surroundings of the new days of traditional cuisine, local and seasonal products through culinary proposals inspired by both the typical cuisine and the most innovative cuisine. 🍃Flavors of the Alto Mijares tries to put in value the work of the Restaurants of Montanejos and of the Region in its bet by the products of proximity and of season. On this occasion we have the participation of the Restaurant El Refugio, Hotel Restaurant El Palacio, Bar Los Luises, Restaurant Casa Ovidio, Bar Restaurant Mijares, Restaurant O furancho de Arañuel, Hotel Restaurant Rosaleda del Mijares and the River Club. Tapas, dishes and tasting menus through which you can experience the flavors of our land with products such as honey, oil, game meat, mushrooms, nuts, sausages, jams, cheeses, grilled meats and much more. 🌿You can also live gastronomic experiences in our region that will not leave you indifferent as guided visits to the Cooperative of Viver, visits to the Agricultural Cooperative of Montán, guided visits to the Wine Museum of Montán, visits to the Almaraza of Montanejos, a children’s gastronomic workshop of Km 0 products and the film series “Flavors on the big screen”. 🍴Come to Montanejos and enjoy good food, local and seasonal products and unique recipes of both traditional cuisine and the latest trend with autumn flavors that will fill you with emotion.💛
