The Mostra de la Trufa Negra del Alt Maestrat. This annual event, held in different municipalities of the region, is a must for lovers of the black truffle. It brings together truffle growers, companies in the sector, nurseries, caterers and food lovers at the moment of highest quality of the black truffle. Activities include a truffle dog contest, tastings and presentations by professionals on the product.
