Artisan Cheese Fair
Event Description
The Montanejos Artisan Cheese Fair is an outstanding event held regularly in this picturesque town known for its landscapes and hot springs. During the event, showcooking and tastings with food and wine pairings are offered, including wines from the Castellón PGI under the guidance of an expert sommelier. There is also a cheese tasting-contest to choose the winners of each edition.
