Event Description
The artichoke, a product with Denomination of Origin, is the central focus of this annual celebration, where at the beginning of each year popular tastings of a wide variety of dishes made with Benicarló artichoke are held. During the Artichoke Gastronomic Days, local restaurants offer special menus that highlight this ingredient in various culinary preparations.
