In this project we want the engine of the restaurant to be the local product, making known all the wonderful products we have in this rich area, as far as the culinary field is concerned. All this, hand in hand with our suppliers, all of them committed to the environment, is from them where the change begins, working with organic products, with small farmers and ranchers as well as small wineries with artisan wines. Always recognizing the work well done and being aware of the people behind each product. Reviscolem is not just a restaurant, it is our home and our way of understanding life. Reviscolem is eating and drinking territory.
