Porcellet

Porcellet is a family business dedicated mainly to fattening pigs on their own farms since 1950. In its third generation it has decided to diversify the business by creating a gourmet store in Traiguera, where it sells products made from its own animals. We sell the only hams that have the Castelló Ruta de Sabor certification, since they are the only ones that from the time the animal is born until the ham is dried, the whole process takes place within the limits of our province. We also have a wide variety of artisan cheeses from small producers and sausages made with rustic breeds that are not very productive.
