Peset Vallés Winery

Bodegas Peset Vallés is a family business founded by Andrea Vallés and Amador Peset in 2012, dedicated to the recovery of abandoned ancient olive trees and the production of its olive oil. Among them is the Olivo de Sinfo olive tree, monumental olive tree of Spain award 2018 and first prize monumental olive tree of the Mediterranean 2022, which we can visit and taste its oil, in a unique experience with its current caretaker Amador, who also shows us the farm with more than 30 ancient olive trees, the oil bottling plant where they work and the tasting room in their facility in the middle of the countryside.
