We are a family business with more than 85 years of history in the gastronomic industry. For the past 31 years, three brothers have run our business, now in its fourth generation, with dedication and passion. In our restaurant, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, we strive to offer a unique and authentic culinary experience. Our specialty is the delicious Arrós a banda, a complete dish that delights the most demanding palates. We are proud to carry on a culinary tradition with care and familiarity, backed by decades of experience and professionalism. We are honored to be recognized by the Castellón Hospitality Association as “Maestros de Sala”, a testament to our commitment to excellence in service. In addition, our co-owner, Sergio Rodríguez, has been awarded third place in the prestigious “Nariz de Oro España” competition by the Asociación de Sumilleres de la Comunidad Valenciana.
