Maestrat, ànima interior is a tourist destination located in the northern interior of Castellón, and is formed by the following municipalities: Càlig, Canet lo Roig, Cervera del Maestre, Rossell, Sant Jordi, Sant Mateu, Sant Rafael del Riu, Tírig, Traiguera and Xert. Maestrat, ànima interior offers visitors the most rural and authentic Mediterranean: rural architecture, protected sites, hiking trails / MTB and gravel, fairs and festivals, and a cuisine that identifies with the territory and its people.
