Le Bistrot Gastronomic

Le Bistrot is a journey around the world, a gastronomic visa that does not forget its roots or the land where it was born. Our journey began a decade ago. We are currently recommended in the Repsol guide, for five years we have held a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin guide, and now we are also part of Castello Ruta de Sabor. Although we love to travel, we are very proud of our origins. Our dishes are our fire, the one that fuels us to share and transmit the flavors we discover in our travels. It is the product, its seasonality and its proximity that sets our course. Who commits us to the use, the environment and our region. Knowing other countries gastronomically makes us understand that we are not so different, nor are we so far away.
