Almazara Olivarera Cervol is a second degree cooperative, founded in 1995 thanks to the union of the Cooperativa Agrícola El Progreso de Traiguera and the Sociedad Obrera Rosellense de Rosell. Both towns, located in the north of the province of Castellón, in the Baix Maestrat region, have a rich tradition in the production of extra virgin olive oil. This region is renowned for its many ancient and monumental olive trees, especially the Farga variety, unique to this area and highly appreciated by our customers. The cooperative was established with the objective of producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil using modern facilities and state-of-the-art technology, specifically the two-phase Ecological Continuous Extraction System. This method allows us to take full advantage of the quality of the fruits grown in these municipalities and to guarantee products of exceptional quality. The cooperative brings together nearly 500 farmers, who cultivate approximately 3,500 hectares of olive groves. Our products include Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Millenary Olive Trees with certified production, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Farga Monovarietal, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Virgin Olive Oil. We are committed to excellence and tradition, offering our customers the best olive oils in the region.
