Regional cuisine from Castellón Mediterranean fish and seafood and local garden products characterize the gastronomic offer of the Parador de Benicarló, with its restaurant dedicated to seafood, artichoke and rice dishes. During the summer it also opens La Arrocería, a pleasant terrace with a seafaring atmosphere and more informal character where they are true specialists in rice dishes without neglecting the baked or fried fish.
