We emphasize the traditional food of the area, made with local products, while promoting local tourism. We offer guided tours to cultural sites and information on hiking trails for you to discover all that our region has to offer. In addition, in our establishment, we also serve as a point of sale for other nearby artisans, including cherries and honey from the village itself, artisan bread from Caudiel, cheeses from Almedijar, oil from Altura, among other high quality local products. We care about the environment and strive to minimize waste. Therefore, we choose to use returnable packaging whenever possible and, failing that, we recycle the materials used.
