Event Description
The traditional fair promotes the Tomata de Penjar as an emblematic agricultural product and highlights the local gastronomy. In the center of Alcalà, stalls offer traditional products, including the tomata de penjar. In addition, local restaurants participate in gastronomic days dedicated to this specific product.
