Vilafranca Mushroom Day
Event Description
The mountainous region of Els Ports celebrates the Mushroom Days, an event dedicated to discovering the autumn flavors of the region. Restaurants, inns and hotels participate to promote the local gastronomy, highlighting dishes with meats such as lamb, veal, wild boar, partridge and quail, and varieties of mushrooms such as rovellons, white truffle, oyster mushrooms and “ceps.” This event, which takes place annually between October and November, offers a unique culinary experience based on the typical products of the area.
