In short, according to Sales, “this initiative along with many others that we are developing with Castelló Ruta de Sabor, help to generate new opportunities around an activity of which we are deeply proud as is the citriculture that we think should continue to play a key role in the future of our province.
Sales thanked Martín Berasategui for his involvement in the project. In the video, which has already been shared more than 700 times on social networks, the chef from San Sebastian appears talking with his professional partner Fernando Navarro, from Nules. Both highlight the great qualities of the Castellón orange, and the chef from San Sebastian even assures that “in Martín’s kitchen there is no other orange than the one from Castellón, and with this product it’s no wonder that they love you so much”.
