A total of 23 restaurants and gastrobars in the province offer special menus made with the best products of the province that can be tasted until May 26.
Spring arrives in Castellón and with it the celebration for the third consecutive year of the Gastronomic Days, in which the restaurants and gastrobars that bear the Castelló Ruta de Sabor brand once again welcome the season, offering a 3rd edition of the gastronomic days focused on market cuisine and seasonal products. From April 25 to May 26, the restaurants and gastrobars that are part of the tourism brand will showcase their culinary creativity by offering their freshest and most delicious versions of the flavors of spring, thus presenting their new menus under the name Castelló Ruta de Sabor.
In this third edition of the Gastronomic Days involved 23 restaurants and gastrobars throughout the province, “which have designed succulent menus where the protagonist is the market cuisine and seasonal products and proximity, from local producers associated with Castelló Ruta de Sabor,” said the vice president and head of Tourism, Andrés Martínez, who stressed that “it is to continue betting on sustainability, seasonal cuisine and products Km. 0”.
All information on this third edition is available on the website www.castellorutadesabor.es. Once the menu has been enjoyed in any of the participating establishments, the public will be able to evaluate the gastronomic experience through a QR code available in the participating establishments.
Only Restaurants and Gastrobars with the Castelló Ruta de Sabor brand can participate in these gastronomic days.
